For more than 25 years, Tom has performed and recorded with Christian luminaries like GLAD (winning a Billboard Magazine Critic's Choice Award and a Dove Award nomination), Keith Green, Billy Graham, Tom Stipe and others, while producing several albums for various artists and projects (see discography). Tom has also served several congregations in Washington and Colorado as an ordained Worship Arts Pastor, leading hundreds of worship services and training young artists to pursue their passions in worship and ministry.
Zarette has toured with the Continentals and won the Paderewski gold medal in international piano competition. She is a vocal coach and studio vocalist who taught at the John Robert Powers Agency and developed a vocal curriculum for the Community College of Denver. Zarette is an honors graduate from Regis University and an author whose work has been featured in various publications, including Guideposts and on Focus on the Family's website, Renewing the Heart.
The Beards live in Peyton, Colorado with their teenaged son, Sabian. They like action movies, big-hair '80s music with killer vocals, hiking and camping, and NFL football.
